And Still, There's Gratitude

Just got off the phone from speaking to my oldest friend, Janet. For reasons that I will not divulge, without her permission, I am moved to write about the intense gratitude I feel for having her in my life. Each conversation that we have is a gift. And so, in spite of the uncertainties we are both facing in our lives at the moment, I am blessed to have such a friend.
